There's a lot of story building but I read it in the original and it's OK to follow. I think the issue is that each chapter is crammed with plot points lol

”Crammed with lots of plot” is an understatement, there’s like time travel, a coup, a time skip, reveal, another time skip all in a chapter or two. It’s rather confusing. Show don’t tell. Up to date at the translated chapters and I couldn’t tell you: who the new Queen is, why the old Queen wanted to kill everyone, why one of the mothers suicided, or what the blonde girl’s problem is or which mother she was against…or what the sisters are doing (and when)
