I had such low expectations from the title but this seems pretty decent.

Edit: looking at the comments, people think that ice princess is also time travelling. But I interpreted it more as her having a crush on him but being EXTREMELY coy about it. Since in his past life she also acted close to him from the start (see karaoke).

But I might be wrong

So he was simply the victim of a bitch that used him to prop herself, I imagine the novel explains her plan better but here we can guess that she asked MC for advice in how to get close to the pimp, they were alone when it happened, she took voyeur shot of herself and then proclaimed MC forced her, no proof or witnesses so it was her word against his, she gone to desk neighbor for help so to be supported as he is a good guy, but naive, he decided to denounce the crime to the whole school, tarnishing MC image, that caused a buttefly effect of his fatehr getting fired and getting a job like taxi or something, probably tired and stressed he made a mistake and killed a passerby and himself, the family of the girl sought revenge and killed MC mother, MC and his sister were alone and both were bullied and the sister seems to have killed herself too.
So MC unable to bear it anymore killed himself too, without even leaving a letter seems and with shoes on, he jsut was done with life.
All of this because a bitch wanted to get close to a guy with a "poor girl" story, crazy sow.
Unsure if ice princess kept her memories, still soon to say.
Now it would be easy for MC to stay away from the drama, if the bastard tries to ask for "help" again he will have to hold back strangling her and responding that when he is the idiot neighbor they aren't friends, maybe that using the rich dude would be a better idea, so if she tries her trick with him she will get screwed over, or both will fall (jock didn't do anything evil for now, but he seems pushy and annoying so I feel the author will put him in a bad spot soon or later).

Okay, I checked the other posts, I was pretty close, as I thought the manga adaptation skipped several important details, like MC being framed with his own phone.

I don't think he's a mob character at all. And he's not even a bland character, he thinks he's acting like one but he actually isn't. He's like a very important NPC but he doesn't realize it. Why would a heroine ask for his help if he wasn't?

That glare he gave Amada creates potential development for something more interesting. (I do hope for a dressing down on these fake ass mfers.)

Also, if he didn't take initiative to refuse the invitation everyone would have gone. Even Hidaka would go since she's interested in him. With that act, he's now in the sights of the two guys. His characterization right now is the aloof guy who can't be peer pressured by the popular guy.

Hidaka was interested in him even in his past life, so the way I see it he should be the Hidden Rival character (if viewed as a dating sim). But Amada was in a way going for a Harem Route and destroyed his Antagonist Development Flags by being his friend, then his Death Flag was activated by being Amada's friend in the Harem Route where the Glasses Girl thinks she's losing. (Maybe Amada told her that he actually dislikes Kazu. He must know Hidaka is interested in Kazu, and only Kazu in that life was completely ignorant of everyone's opinions of him.)

The flashy guy acting as Amada's friend is actually the main antagonist of Amada's romcom. Amada and that guy are keeping their enemies close while trying to get Hidaka's attention.

In the first life, Amada and flashy guy could have intentionally tried to take him off the picture because he's actually attractive to some, so they made him think that he's a mob and enforced his own thoughts about not being special. His own "go with the flow" disposition plus social engineering and steering him into situations where he won't stand out could do that. (He looks like he's at least above average, but that could just be the style making everyone handsome and beautiful.)

This is my bad faith opinion on these bastards for now because wtf? You got an unlocked phone of the perpetrator how? And you don't let him defend himself because why? For some reason they announce it to the whole school too and there's only punishment and no further investigation. Like every character involved in it had to have had a motive. This could have been handled privately but Glasses Girl and Amada had to announce it in front of the student body. I believe it was to destroy his reputation, for Amada so Hidaka would hate Kazu and for Glasses Girl so her plot doesn't get discovered. Privately opinions could be controlled and proper investigations done, but when everyone knows opinions would solidify and it's harder to have calm heads. For the school it's easier to just punish one student than deal with all that bullshit.

To the people who has red the volumes, could you please tell me how
Amada get his punishment for everything he did to the MC on the first timeline? In what volume did he received his punishment? How did he avoid getting accused in the second timeline
And does the girls of Amada Harem apologize to the MC?

Not convinced. If I had gotten to the point of killing myself after my family had died, I would be far more messed up and distant the second time around. For starters, I would not be taking my phone to school, and I'd be claiming I didn't have one. There is no way I would be handing my details out, so that history could repeat itself. It could have been the rich guy who set him up.

Basically, Amada gets humiliated so bad to the whole class as Ishii already had prepared countermeasures for the false accusations. Amada then skips school for a certain period of time due to "health issues". As for the girls that helped Amada, they also become somewhat of an "outcast" to their respective classrooms but later on the story, Ishii (our mc) helps them explicitly where up to the point of making them allies and making them realize that they were just being used by the guy the liked.
Which is just a gist of the volume 1 where volume 2 gets a bit interesting as
Amada suddenly gets his feet back up again to separate Mikoto and Ishii after reuniting with his "other childhood friend" which of course, also likes him"

if you really insist on using "too far away" as an excuse for not using public transport (despite jp's trains being among or even THE fastest in the world), then there's also company housing, staying at manga cafes/karaokes etc after work - at least for some days/weeks until his mind is clearer and he can focus on his situation and doesn't basically commit fucking suicide while dragging someone else into it lol
cause using such a far-fetched and utterly forced setting to set up even more random bullshit - namely the stabbing of someone innocent as "revenge" (which doesn't even make sense) - makes this prolly the worst and most ridiculous dumpster fire i've ever had the displeasure of smelling.
Dude acting like people don't drive back home drowsy literally every day in reality without a second thought. You're trying too hard man, I don't think anyone is impressed with your literary maestro posturing:meguusmug: . Personally I find the manga potentially entertaining and there was nothing really immersion breaking in the 1st chapter. Added to my superior reading list:dogkek:.

Amada is the winner, so no punishment for him. But if you want to feel better, in the 2nd timeline all of his plans get foiled and he ended up humiliated . Dunno for the others girl, but Iba Kouki, the girl with glasses who framed MC commit suicide because of her guilt and regrets. In bonus chapter of LN volume 2, the Iba Kouki from the 2nd timeline starts to get memories of her previous life. She also helps MC a lot during an incident implying Amada other childhood friend. In LN4, she remembers everything and after she confirmed MC also has memories of the 1st timeline, she apologizes sincerely.

Mc is still getting accused in the 2nd timeline but took his precaution beforehand. After Tsukiyama Ouji gets isolated because of his arrogance, he was abandoned by Amada but MC was the only one to never gave up on him, even if MC is harsh with him. So MC bought a new smartphone similar to the model of Tsukiyama's and asked the latter to switch bag when they are at school because he feared Amada and his harem plotted something. Tsukiyama accepted because he wanted to prove Amada is a good guy. When Amada launched the accusation event and was confident in his victory, MC counterattacked by saying the smartphone with the pictures of the victim wasn't his and Tsukiyama stood up to confirm the smartphone was his own and there was no picture in the phone before the PE class, destroying Amada and his harem's accusation. Then Amada take a leaving from school for "Health problem" and the 2 other girls get isolated in their classroom, but MC played the villain to make their school life a little easier. He still doesn't trust them until later but they will help him during LN volume 2 by playing spies and protect MC's little sister, especially Iba Kouki who started to regain memories of the 1st timeline after the failed accusation

You are awesome. Thanks for the info! How many chapters do you think we will have to wait until volume 4?

Dunno, the first chapter of the manga has 50 pages and has adapted the prologue and chapter 1 from LN volume 1.

As for LN, with Prologue and Epilogue included we have :

LN Volume 1 : 9 chapters
LN Volume 2 : 8 chapters
LN Volume 3 : 9 chapters
LN Volume 4 : 7 chapters

If we suppose the following manga chapters will have less pages, maybe around 30 pages, and some LN chapters are longer than others, I would say it can take around 1 to 3 manga chapters to adapt 1 from the LN. So maybe we'll be at the start of LN 4 around chapter 45-50 with luck but I can't be certain. I didn't mention it but maybe some minor events from the LN will be cut or changed.
