You know, if this was a normal romcom, we could say something like "just bang already," but they've already skipped to that step so many times that I have to wonder what we should be saying to indicate that they should just admit they like each other. It's honestly quite the amusing situation, everything is backwards: First they had kids, then they were married, then they weaponized sex against each other, then she was mocking his libido, and now they're getting to know each other xD

Oh definitely, every culture has that one thing that they love to go to extremes with (at least in the beginning of a medium,) like with Japan and various anime/manga tropes, Americans with slapstick humor, etc. Chinese manhua's are late enough into the game that they can take all of that and then throw in a few more peppers to spice things up

That's how it's supposed to work- when one of them is excessively horny, the mark lights up and makes the other partner horny too regardless of whether they felt like that before or not. Rossweisse uses it to "control" Leon by making him fuck her until he's drained dry and later on he also uses it to turn the tables on her a few times.

There are dragons who lay eggs, dragons who make "clones" of themselves born in cocoons, and viviparous (live birth) dragons like Rossweisse's Noah and Muen. It's a matter of choice, not biology.
Live birth dragons are actually considered pretty uncommon since they require the female dragon go through pregnancy, which naturally makes them weaker for a time, and dragons really dislike weakness.
