There is a magic spell that dragon lady uses that basically cleans her body. She can't conceive if she uses it before 24 hours since getting stuffed. This will become a plot point in the future if the adaptation follows the plot, which may not happen due to how harsh they are portraying the eldest daughter. Another weird deviation from the source material is that Leon hates carrots and he cooked with them last chapter like it was nothing

Is there a translation for the source material yet or is it just something we’re gonna have to wait for in the webcomic?

Ether Reads has the only translation I found and they are currently on the first chapters of volume 2. Its a good read, had a lot of fun with the novel. They have free chapters up to the ending of volume 1 and each passing day seem to unlock a new free one.

Beware that its a garbage machine translation with terrible proof reading, sometimes the have lines during dialogue that change the character speaking with the one listening. They also regularly mess up the pronouns, sometimes having two in the same paragraph. However, its not as bad as you wouldn't understand with the context.

Also, consider that the novel has more explicit sex scenes than this adaptation, but they use subtle language to describe the actions.

Yeah, it's decently enjoyable, but I frankly don't really like the chapters towards the end of volume 1.
The entire battle subplot remains unresolved - like, the Scarlet Flame Clan has lost, does that carry any diplomatic repercussions? Why isn't there a procedure to press them for damages, or at least to launch an investigation into their motives? Instead, they remove Leon from the established part of the setting, the character interactions in which were the entire engine of the plot, and instead cast him entirely elsewhere - I think this to be utter bullshit so far, frankly.

It's also apparently done by multiple people with no coordination. Like, Rossweise's domain is called either Silver Dragon Temple or Silver Dragon Sanctuary, the blood magic spell Leon cast at the very beginning of the plot has no less than four different translations scattered throughout the text, his armour has no less than three, etcetera.
Nothing that you can't guess with a bit of intuition, but a bit annoying nonetheless.

It's never explicitly revealed, you can interpret it as you want. They get up to some progressively more and more wild shenanigans, and their relationship clearly improves over time, except of course both are in denial about it, until they both have to act in ways that leave little space for alternative interpretations. I mean, it's pretty obvious from the very conception of the plot that this is the kind of the story this going to be, isn't it?
