@b4nji there isn't a 17.4. There are three parts to 17 and then a 17.5. The way the creator splits chapters up made it confusing.

@DRTA none of the World's End Harem family of works is based on a novel. They are all original manga.

Don't blame creator (author). Not his fault. In magazine it published monthly in full chapter. But publisher (aka Shueisha) splits web-version in 2-4 parts to make it weekly release.
