Because if you know how the process works you can better keep an eye out for people trying to do it.Is this guy just stupid? I understand wanting future generations to know about the seal so they can prepare in case it breaks, but why the hell would you tell them how to break it??? When would that ever be used for non-evil purposes??

Isn't that some self-fulfilling prophecy though? Without it, no one would have known how to break it in the first place.Because if you know how the process works you can better keep an eye out for people trying to do it.
I mean, he said it was most likely going to break no matter what anyways, and seeing as he made the thing that part was almost surely coming true anyways. So yeah, still better to potentially have control over it happening and, hopefully, have people able to recreate it ready than just hope it won't happen like the rest of them were doing.Isn't that some self-fulfilling prophecy though? But why the fuck did he make it self-replicating, and make it so that it just reappears in a random book no one knows about (according to the next chapter).
Tbf hiding it is as much a self fulfilling prophecy. At least now we have a record of ragnarokIsn't that some self-fulfilling prophecy though? Without it, no one would have known how to break it in the first place.
