I personally don't mind. Most chapters from other series end in cliff hangers anyway. So, drip feed works for me.
Although, I know a lot of people do actually care.

You can do the half chapter uploads since the publisher are doing it as well.
Unless you are willing to combine all chapter parts and upload it as a full chapter, it is no problem since the publisher only upload the chapter parts 2 times per month based on my observation on their site.

As far as I know the relation between cats and witches stems from epidemics and plagues.
Because a lot of the causes for those were rodents and other small animals houses with cats would have less cases of infected, and therefore were often accused of being the witches who caused the incident in the first place.

But that's just some hearsay I picked up somewhere, it could be completely wrong. Take it with a boulder of salt.

edit: I thought it was a percolator, but @shingen pointed out that it looks like a Moka Pot. I'm choosing to accept his answer as 100% correct because it can't possibly be worse than a percolator.

for those too young to understand... It's a percolator. It boils water in the bottom part, which rises through a tube in the center into the top part that holds coffee/tea grinds, then drips back down into the bottom part to be boiled all over again in a cycle.

Whether it's coffee or tea, you should never boil it after it's passed through and extracted the flavor. Doing that BURNS the flavor.

You only use a percolator when you specifically want the absolute worst tasting coffee/tea that can possibly be created.

I'll choose to believe you are correct. I have no idea what the quality is from a Moka Pot, but it's guaranteed to be better than an accursed percolator.

Furthermore if i remember correctly, it was also said that witchcraft was the devil's magic, and that the cat "familiars" a witch had were satan or one of his demons in disguise.

The idea of witches and other mystics having familiars is fairly common in western folklore. Depending on your perspective, they act either as a focus or a helper in the casting of their magic, or as a link to whatever demon or devil is granting them their powers. Cats in general are often seen as fairly sinister pets due to their relative independence, so they're the default choice for a familiar, but other creepy or scary animals were also seen as familiars as well, like frogs, bats, birds, of wolves/large dogs.

On a separate note, it's odd how different Cyril's character design is here from in the anime. In the anime, he's probably the tallest member of the student council. Other than that he's nearly identical, so it's like someone squashed the anime version of him to fit him in the manga...
