-forcing the mc to marry an other commoner
-assassinate the mc/ sell her to a slave merchant

think what ever you will but the headmaid was pretty nice considering her options
though if she had brains she would have forced her to choose between quiting and getting married or had her killed
because ale will just rehire her otherwise
