@Lyanhyrt In the past Haruka Hano did a lot of doujins starring Kyosuke and Rin, where she portrayed them in own way as lovely incestuous couple.

For this manga, which is her first major official publication, she visibly just decided to rewrite her portrayals of Kyosuke and Rin into more original characters (Ritsu and Uta) and continue writing kind of stories she liked.
