Well even if the damage is high and got a deep cut, she is a Dragon Lord more powerful than that other Dragon Lord.
So, she should be able to heal herself back up without much issue.
If she can't, then MC can also fully restore her as well within minutes.

It shouldn't be an issue since they should've been told by the other elder and- Oh wait, I forgot some of those Elders are idiots... Well at least Arianna and her family (minus her sister) will stand up for Arc.

Interesting. It’s been a while since I read the LN, but I think the story is being set up better in the manga. (And please correct me if I misremember)

If I remember correctly this encounter in the LN happened before Arc trained with the dragon and he ended up not doing as impressively in the fight. The training arc then happened after.
Instead, in this adaptation they flipped the order and made Arc have a much better fight, which I think was a good call.
