@GaBeRock
Her being so obviously "sympathiable" actually begets a tough question....
If the MC's object of hate is so deflated, how will the author sustain the MC's plotline? Now that we don't wish for to be dangling at the edge of the sword, while possibly crying out evil things and revealing more aspects of the her "evil plot", what will there be? It actually makes me doubt that she's truly is so innocent (how can someone go from "I'm an unstoppable killing machine, FUCK the children." to -- "I'm just a little girl, woe is me~"?)
This chapter revealed so much, it's actually quite remarkable. The author either has quite the balls, or completely ran out of ideas and trying to squeeze out every tiny bit of intrigue possible.
@Degernase
Personally, I have 2 views on "justice":
Corrective, and Fatal.
If you're a "criminal", you should still have the chance to re-integrate into society.
If you're so fucked up that you're a clear menace to everyone around you with no chance at redemption, a bullet to the head it is.
And in most fiction works, honestly, with how over-the-top the villains are, a swift bullet to the head with 0% torture is best. No theatrics, no bullshit, just end the forest fire immediately and get on with it.
That being said, I can't really say the "villain" here fits the "Fatal" criterion...This comment has dragged on for long enough, so let's just say I agree with the politics of it all, especially her being such a prominent public character.
