Yeah no, he couldn't have complained about a fist in his face and a lawsuit. Sexual harassment is not a joke, even if many Japanese manga make it seem like it is. Touching somebody's breasts without consent or at least clear indications that it's fine is not alright, period. "Caught up in the mood" is no excuse and "shitbag" is only proper to call that dude. If you do criminal shit when drunk then don't get drunk, simple as it is.

This should’ve been a perfect opportunity to show the relationship between the girls except that the boob poking leaves a bad taste. It makes me wonder how/why the author thought it would be a good flavor to this chapter.

@Tuturu46 While it also leaves a bad taste in my mouth, I don't why the author shouldn't have included it. Remember the drunk guy who was harassing the 'dominatrix' girl a few chapters ago? The way he kept on and on and on was realistic. There really are people like that in bars. That's the point. It does happen. Same for the thing in this chapter. It's just showing a bit of how things can often be.
As such, the way I see it, this IS in flavor based on the author's track record so far when it comes to portrayal of how many people act in bars.

@Sancturil I agree, i would be missing the whole point if i didn’t get the idea that this is about bartenders and patrons of alcohol.

I just don’t see her reaction as being real, granted that you say boob poking incidents happen in bars. If they were in an izakaya, i don’t see it happening in real life, i know not all women in Japan report sexual harassment cases but the police force is brutal in implementing the law so there’s not many who would try that kind of thing in public. It would most likely take place in more shady places like underground hostess bars. Besides, i hardly call getting someone bashed a revenge.
