This chapter kinda definitively set (for me at least) that the God purpose built the original Lady Jelly to be a P.O.S., get her murdered, have the slime "accidentally stumble upon😉😏" her corpse, and become a bridge between people and monsters.

As in, the saintly powers were always meant for the slime from the start. Always meant for [The Slime] to be in a powerful position. A position that had easy access to information/learning about humans and how they live.

Also doesn't exactly seem easy to kill a slime core-pse
