At first I wasn't 100% sold on the MasoMaid, but I think this chapter did it for me. I do quite like Jelly's reactions/interactions with her, and it's also an interesting way to tie back into the old Jelly.

We didn't have anyone that was really that close with the old Jelly before, so this fills that gap very nicely. Stories where the MC has to impersonate someone else usually have at least one person who forces the MC to act in a way they normally wouldn't just to stay in character.

LOL other than punishing her directly might as well use her skills and order her to round up a handful of local bad guys and turn them in til she's exhausted (although at least with her healing powers she could just still hurt her and heal her lol)

Other than figuring it out himself, i wonder if Lumir told others, or it'd be amusing if there was some small city of all slimes either as a community or it's all awkward of everyone pretending to be normal, be a fun sitcom/oneshot

I was enjoying this manga much more before the new guard and this maid... we're it just one of them I'd be able to handle it alright, but both of them at once is really pushing the limits of my enjoyment.
