Slow down auto-scroll of popular new titles

I feel like it used to stop auto-scrolling if you clicked the buttons to view next/previous, but it no longer does that. It also goes to the next title after only 4-5 seconds which makes it annoying to try and read the descriptions to see if I might want to actually read a chapter or two of a manga.

I'm a pretty fast reader in most contexts, but I rarely make it more than a sentence or two before it jumps to the next one. Particularly with some titles having a paragraph or more of description.

It looks like its a timer that is completely unaffected by whether you hit the button to switch pages or not so often its even faster than 4 or 5 seconds. I've had several times where it flipped to the next one right after I hit the button to bring up that one.
