Hi guys, I'm taking more than 10 minutes to upload just 20 pages... Is there any speed limitation for other countries?

There's no speed limitation other than your own ISP's speed limitations...
For example, I can usually upload 40+ page chapters in ~30s

I'd say it's not the upload but MangaDex showing the chapter you uploaded, a few months ago I did some and I simply had to wait and refresh to see it, like there was some sort of programmed delay for some minutes.

It's not a programmed delay, but actually the chapter indexer that needs to process the upload and add it to the database as well as the images on at least one of the image servers before it's listed publicly.

If he's talking about a delay after uploading the pages and clicking the final button, it's what @Bartolumiu described; there's a delay while the upload service optimises the images and generates the data-saver chapter variant, and on very large chapters approaching the cap that can take a couple of minutes.

If it's the pages themselves taking a long time to upload, it's usually the user's ISP having terrible routing to our servers and a VPN will help mitigate it.

Yes, I was referring after completing the process that returns to a loading page that at least in the past showed the first page of the chapter when it was ready to be read for anyone. The only question I had about that is, does the chapter still gets uploaded if you close the window while it's undergoing the process? I waited to see it on Lastest Updates to close it, since it didn't change even when it was already there. Also if I tried to upload the pages of other chapters in the meantime it led me to image upload failures for the chapters I wanted to prepare in advance so I could upload different title ones just one after another.

Yes, the process continues even if you close the tab, so it's completely safe to either reload the page or just close it.
On the other hand, if you want to mass upload (or just upload chapters a bit faster), I'd recommend you use third party tools like Xunder's mupl or Xnot's mangadex-mass-uploader (more commonly referred to as "Xnot's mass editor") with the former being a full CLI version and the latter being a GUI one.
PS: As a really obvious thing that should be known, do NOT mass upload either official raws/translations or stolen translations, since that will get you banned...

Check your internet's upload speed and then check the size of your images. Bigger images may take longer to upload.
I would use something like pingo to optimize your images

Try loading them in a few at a time and see if that changes anything

I managed to upload 1 page, but it took about 2 minutes or more. A ridiculously long time. When I upload multiple pages, it just loads forever.

I just asked a friend to do the same test and it uploaded as quickly as yours. Is there any way to solve this problem? The upload works normally on all websites except dex... so sad. =/

Like someone said before, this kind of issues is most of the time related to your internet provider having terrible routing to our servers.

So knowing this, it's safe to assume at least one of the following is happening:
a) your internet provider is terrible, or
b) you're in a location where you're geographically far from our servers
Or maybe even both (not unusual)

Again, you can probably only mitigate these issues by enabling a VPN on your side (probably setting it on your same location or near to it will work) or changing your DNS settings.

I tried a new vpn located in the USA and this time I was able to upload the chapter in 2 minutes. Thanks for the explanations.
