This the first one that came to mind that fits the description, https://mangadex.org/title/14153/konjiki-no-word-master-yuusha-yonin-ni-makikomareta-unique-cheat He is brought to the world with some other students, gets kicked out, in his travels he finds out the kingdom hates and wants to destroy the beast people. His name is Hiro so everyone thinks it's hero.

This one I only read two or three chapters so don't know the direction it continued.
There is another one where the guy gets dragged into a world that has chased the demon/beast people to the fringes and wants to destroy. He is given a holy sword and they go to destroy the city and he sees little beast kids be hunted and joins the side of the beast people. The beast people queen is, stacked shall we say. In the second or third chapter there is a huge cannon, no it's not hentai. Don't remember the name. If this is it I can probably find it.

I don't know if I can be more precise I just read the first chapters. I remember a scene where the people who summon the mc show the heroes a pit or something where beastmen are used as slave and are tortured
