honestly the art drew me in immediately and I had to keep pausing in reading the chapter to just stare at it.While Asterism of the Rolling Stars seems to be on hiatus, here's a different Morning series from me that still has lots of snowfall and a degree of mystery about it.
I don't love a nosebleeding male lead, but I guess sometimes seinen's gotta seinen. I do like the oddly retro art, though.
Back to work next week, the hot streak will be over for a while. A few things I still want to do before then, though.Dude, you're on a tear lately. Good stuff, thanks for the chapter.
Super interested to see where this one goes, the chapter felt like something was constantly about to happen, but then nothing did, so I'm curious to see if it will get weird in the future.
Sad part is that this much clunky exposition is still better than average haha. Manga, or I guess writing in general has a real problem with lack of confidence. Like if people don't understand everything in 5 seconds they will dip. Sad part is they might be right. On one hand, I love the premise and the art. On the other, the expository dialogue is as plentiful as it is clumsy. Third hand? I spent like half the chapter unable to think about anything but how mad I was at Tako's insane, sketch-dependent writing process.
