Just wondering because of the ddos problem, can I not read from my home country without a vpn?

If youre in the ukraine its because the site uses a russian DDOS prevention service (Because reasons, and Viz), the ukraine blocks russian things.

@Watercell You have to look into or ask your Internet Service Provider if they block Mangadex, or DDOS prevention service or not.

same, can't open mangadex from home internet,

but can access it from phone, strange.

same country in these 2 cases obviously.

Maybe your parents/landlord blocked it. If so, threaten them to unblock.
