Why are you blaming him? All he said was that he didn't want the drunk girl who was following him around (as he perceived it) and who threw up on his shoes doing the interview.

IMHO, that's a legitimate concern.

The fact that his manager asked that she be fired & that her company fired her is on them.
At the very least her company could have put her on paid leave so that she wouldn't be around during the interview (because she really did mess up with her actions).
