Okay to help clear up all the confusion and to consolidate the information here in one place, please refer to the spoilers below. This information is from the Light Novel version.

The N%I=W Skill
This skill is one unique to reincarnators. It was given to them by D and its most prominent effect is to completely refill their health and mana upon level up. As seen with Kumoko, this extends even to dismemberment and status effects like petrification.
Timelines, yes plural
Most events "on screen" aren't necessarily in linear time. We hop back and forth a lot, only contextual clues allow us to tell "when" an event is happening.
The whole shebang starts when a mysterious explosion rips through a classroom like the wrath of Truck-kun and isekais an entire class. They all reincarnate at the same time but not all as the same species. Those with quick gestations start out first and those with quick maturation grow up first.
Kumoko, as a spider, is one of the first reincarnators to be active. Her adventures take place more or less shortly after their reincarnation. Shun, Katia, Yuugo, et al. when shown as teenagers belong to a timeline further down than Kumoko's adventures. Definitely NOT hundreds of years later, by context about 16 or so.
Anyone with a second name like Sophia/Shouko is a reincarnator. From looking at her, you can see what age all other human reincarnators should be at this point in time. Yes she will be important later.

The Dragon God Gyuriedistodiez who is helping out the Demon Lord because their goals coincide. His entire army is made of shape shifted dragons. Provoke at your own risk for you are flammable and tasty with ketchup.

Her name means "White Weaver", hence the nickname "Shiro" (the White). She is obviously Gandalf since she's died once already to a chthonic monster and came back.....

This is a post apocalyptic world. It once was a highly technologically advanced society but humans learned to tap into MA energy. This was bad because MA energy is basically the Lifestream, when too much of it was used the planet itself started dying. The goddess Sariel tried to warn humanity but was ignored. When things got really bad, the Goddess of the Underworld (we know her as Death) stepped in.
She created the System to replenish the planet's depleted energy. Skills and Titles are derived from soul energy. When an entity dies, Skills and Titles are returned as energy to the System to help top up the planet's dwindling reserves. The Voice of the System is from its core, the goddess Sariel. Who is trapped as the System's living CPU.
The main problem with the System is revealed when someone reaches Taboo 10 as Kumoko has done. The System is shearing souls too thin, there will come a point where souls become too weak to reincarnate. And many souls are already reaching or have actually come to this limit.
There are two prominent survivors from the ancient past who are NOT gods. Potimas is the asshat who suggested humanity adopt MA energy in the first place and has used body hopping to remain live to continue his pursuit of dicking around with things best left undisturbed FOR SCIENCE!. To whit, many demi human races like elves and demons are basically his genetic experiments or those of his contemporaries.
The other is Ariel, the current Demon Lord. She regards Sariel as her mother and wants to free her. At any cost. Shiraori has a plan, a radical, desperate plan. And it might just work.

Sword-King Leigar abdicates the throne of the Renxandt Empire and disappears.

LN went way different and in way different order. It's basically two versions that have the same main plot overall, but have literal volumes worth of differences between them in details. At many points LN was rewritten completely, so if you read only WN then you will be greatly confused by manga, since it follows LN story.
