Net-Juu no Susume and the one where the dude's kouhai at work turns into a guy are the only two I've seen. And Net-Juu only kind of fits the description.

After I stopped to think about it, it was pretty glaring that there weren't any that I could think of. And I read gender bender series all the time.

I've seen some crossdressing/mistaken as a boy ones but I think that's about it. 🤔

Seriously tho it's hard make what boys do to be entertaining to girls. Girls already can do what boys do anyway, they can wear men clothes normaly, they can play sport like everyone else, and if they want to hit on girls they have that in yuri already. There are a lot of girls crossdressing as boys tho; all benefits of genderbend, easier to related to than genderswap. So not much niches to fit in.
