If you're going to use something as a reference for the names you should probably use the official light novel translations instead of the fan translations of the web novel, and「リズリ」doesn't actually even appear in web novel chapter 122 (Volume 6 Chapter 5), the first appearance of the name is in web novel chapter 101 (Volume 4 Chapter 21). For reference, the official light novel translations uses "Risley" (so in this case it doesn't matter but in the future you should still cite the official translation) and that whole segment of the chapter is from Light Novel Volume 2 Chapter 11 — Interlude: I Don’t Know What I’m Doing Here Either.

@Owyn @BusWindow Euphemia is one of the enslaved guards of that dick who was creating a harem to gather EXP for him and wanted to add Dannoura to the collection. IIRR she was the only survivor due to her loyalty being low.
The loli was a clone that Lain had prepared in advance, completely disconnected from the main body and soul. That's why she did not die after Yogiri's remote attack which decimated all of the other clones and Lain herself.

Character introduced out of nowhere > They show how strong and broken their power is > They seek the MC > They talk (or ramble mostly) > MC said "Die" > They die > Repeat

This Manga doesn't even have an actual plot to begin with, more like the MC just go to wherever the author demands it, usually to the place where the MC and that characters meet.

If you remove that whole "Cycle", then this Manga is literally a blank. What's left is just MC's background and some shit world building, even that is too short
