isn't it simple as that the manga got official english translation that's why no more updates and raw itself is on chapter 59.1 so not that behind.

Maybe it will update after release of next volume

I wouldn't doubt if this is already known,but me buddies who managed to sit through the first episode of the animated adaptation point out that :

1. No blood,people killed off screen.

2. The dragons' dong is a vague shadow blocked by intense light.

3. The whole joke about r/dragonsfuckingcars was entirely skipped over.

4. "4/10 manga --> 2/10 anime".

For a series whose adult edge was among the only things keeping it afloat,that was a terrible decision for sure.
