@UnknownSaint111 apparently the NPC is a guy BUT can't tell. Maybe the NPC is crossdressing because it is easier to travel as a guy with a weak physique. The NPC hasn't revealed much or could be that the NPC is really a guy and like handsome adventurers lol. We don't know yet.

I'm beginning to wonder if Ackee is really a girl considering the reaction to the MC along with wanting to be saved by a handsome hero. Btw, when MC said he'd offer his wrist to Tolun in addition to 1000 gold he probably meant his hand as in Tolun could chop his hand off as punishment for cheating him if the potion doesn't work. Is there something special about the medicine other than curing Rollena's disease? The adventurer's shouldn't need the potion again after being cured since their immune systems should remember how to fight the disease and keep them from catching it again so why would they care about buying another bottle? Or is the premise that the adventurers will have friends, rivals, or know other adventurers who haven't been gotten Rollena or cured before so knowing a place that sells the cure will draw those who catch Rollena from then on to go there and buy the cure? For a young kid who is still learning and gaining experience Ackee has a hell of a lot of talent in handling business.
