I wonder what the fragment will think when he sees another person use arise. It's also interesting that there's all this talk of free will. It makes you wonder what's so different about this universe compared to the others. The fact that Tiel's fragment is thinking about this suggests that he has enough free will to be curious, so it could be as simple as the creator that died being too careless when making the Monarch's, but the fact that even something on the level of humanity normally should be completely subservient makes me wonder about what was really going on, because it definitely can't be due to the interference brought on by the rulers. Who knows, maybe the creator of the main universe was just arrogant when playing around with the concept of free will for his own amusement 🤔
