I get the feeling Lee Minsung misunderstood a few things about Jinho's goals since Jinho right now needs information more than anything, thus the need to talk with the Apostle of the Itarim. That being said, he does have a point, Jinho, at present, lacks personal goals and kind of just floats from one thing to another. He knows he wants to reunite with his parents, protect those he cares about and get stronger to achieve those goals, but he didn't really have much ambition before those goals entered his life, a trait he shares with his father. It's not really a bad thing since it means that Jinho doesn't need much in life to be happy, again, much like his father, but it's an interesting trait nonetheless that conflicts heavily with someone as egotistical as Lee Minsung.
Thanks for the chapter!
