In this chapter the mc is supposed to be more arrogant, telling his party members not to engage enemies if they want to survive, he also intimidate them that if they do not listen to him he will just left them on their own. He also is domineering in this part also, and the menu he use for the fur cloak is the buy and sell menu he got before, same with his healing and other potions. He also has inner thought that if something happen his only focus was to save his sister classmate and left the others to die. He also told them he don't want anyone asking questions or telling anyone of his expertise, otherwise he will left them on their own. In one instance when the other party members notice that it's a ice bear territory they want to return and follow the other group, he threatened them that they can do what they want but don't expect him to protect them.
This is just the differences between the novel and Manwha. I'll try to point out more every chapter.
For others pointing out it the same cliche moments, yeah it became more apparent in manwha form, but the novel is much more intriguing and detailed. That when transformed to a manwha it lost a lot of details and depths, this is because of compacting every moment to show in a illustration.
