Exactly !!! Jinwoo didn't have any obligation whatsoever to cure the guy (he only had 2 cures left). I mean for all he knows, he expected a shaky relationship between Jin-Ho and his father, so why would he help him right away without any confirmation! Now that he saw with his own eyes and had proof of both the father's love for his son and that he really had the disease, MC cured him wasting no second !!! He's so damn cool
