Pretty well. There's some extra flourishes to the combat in the comic, and better descriptions of what goes on and about the world in the novel. The Japanese in the novel are more explicit about trying to betray the Koreans in the novel, and during the tower climb in the novel demon girl is sent away before the floor 100, but otherwise it's super close. Other little niggles, maybe.
