Solo Resurrection

It's not the worst story, but I was expecting something a little different. Most of these stories that like to give their main characters resurrection abilities, they're usually about the protagonist absolutely abusing his abilities and they're usually... well, smart.

Totally different in this. The protagonist is a battle maniac to the core, no real thoughts going on in his head. I'm not really sure how to feel about it. Also, despite the title being 'Sole Resurrection', there actually isn't that much resurrection going on barring the first dozen or so chapters but that doesn't necessarily count in my book, not gonna spoil why but if you read it, you'll know why. He mostly uses a strong regeneration ability and his immense strength for every battle so far.

The MC is first presented as a decent guy dealing depression and unemployment. Then like the commenter above states, he becomes a boneheaded battle maniac. I can’t add much to what’s already said other than it’s disappointing. Even if the clung to the tropes of gates and awakenings, it seemed in the first few chapters that the MC would be different. He’s not. It’s a turn off.

Its pretty good and i do think the tutorial should of lasted longer since i quite liked the idea of him completing a level when he was asleep.

Other than that the rest of the story is alright.Mc could be a little better but hes pretty funny atleast.Side characters arent the greatest but the psycho dude is cool.

I loved this story. I thought it was funny and entertaining. There was A LOT of unhinged characters which I haven’t been seeing a lot lately. I like that the main character has an immovable personality, doesn’t take crap, super op, and is relatively unintelligent. Those things don’t usually come together in the same character so i find it to be a good balance. It’s really frustrating to me when main characters get walked over. It’s funny that he has an ugly trope and found and an unhinged friend. I hope it continues and the personalities don’t change in the coming season.
