Some images get blocked by the proxy?

For some reason one of the images doesn't get through the proxy, while another image works just fine in the same post. I tested the image link and it works just fine.

Possibly others too.

Edit: both examples had a time when they got through the proxy no problem. But for multiple weeks at least now, it gets "blocked".
