Some links have improperly escaped characters

Example: Official English link of https://mangadex.org/title/40528/the-emperor-s-companion

Links to individual titles on Copin Comics are in the formats https://copincomics.com/?c=[category]&k=[id]

When a manga has Copin Comics as the Official English link, it will look more like https://copincomics.com/?c=toon&k=159 with the ampersand escaped when it shouldn't be.

@PavelB You can just use the Report function (yellow flag button) on the series page to ask for any corrections, including links
