In the voiced version the one @Mister_S sent, that Kunoichi woman is saying,

"Kissama ga.."
"Shidzuri-sama wo"
"Taburakashita!"
"Kono ba de! Guh"

Or the rough translation (feel free to correct me, I just somewhat understand the context, but can't really translate something)

"That man's fault, right?"
"Everything is... that man's doing"
"You (bastard)...."
"Fooled Shidzuri-sama!!!"
"Here, I'll---! Guh!"
