She looked like someone with heavy PTSD - at the end where the sex happened she looked like just a thought of meeting with MC was devastating her, she begged for help, the other dude probably saw the opportunity to fuck with MC and "take his girl" so he jumped her and she didn't stop him - she probably realised its a way of getting herself freed from MC delulu idolised shackles. I mean she looked relieved when she saw MC watching them. She probably hoped it will be the end of it all, but MC in his retardness concluded that he isn't good enough and continued to get better and she probably were at that point - end scenes - considering changing jobs or something.

I skimmed through from chapters before the beach thing, and after. And she never asked him to go behind anything. She pulled him to go to the beach to cheer him up - where she showed him one of her tits and accidentally saw his dick but thats it.

The day where she "cheated" was basically a day months into the story where MC finally decided that maybe he is good enough to date her, but at that point she was basically scared oh him, she actually looked like she begged the other guy for help, and him going after her sexually was kinda the "freedom" she wanted.
