Not sure if it's fully MTL or just no proper proofreading. The translation is close enough, but again this manga has extremely simple dialogues, probably enough for MTL engines to get it right.

There's an alternate chapter 148 which was retracted afterwards because it clashed with continuity and this was released instead.
It was later preserved on fanbox as an 'If' scenario (consisting of chapters 147-149, where the other two are pretty much the same as the normal ones apart from some dialog...)
