Games are so mainstream these days that anyone should be able to say they like games, even if they then added they wouldn't dare to call themselves gamers skills wise. I imagine that only if you belong to some niche clique that looks down on games categorically, you would obviously be better off saying you have no use for games. Kind of like there are people who never read fiction or watch purely fictional movies. They might watch a biography movie, but that's it.

That might not be Kaoru. Back in chapter 172 Sayoko, the girl who was supposed to play Princess Reilla, texted and said she was on the way and could do the afternoon shows. They clearly had a wig for her to wear, since Kaoru wore it, and we never see the eye color here, so it's not completely certain. To me she's acting a bit differently than Kaoru does.
