Kingdom Hearts was my introduction to both the video game world and the world of anime, which later brought me to the world of manga. It also houses the first tracks that I've ever truly loved, and is responsible for my deep love of classical music. It's also the closest thing I had to an anti-depressant as a teenager. Whenever it would get so bad that I could barely breathe, barely think, barely eat, barely feel my own body, I would play the first game for a day and a night without sleeping, and I'd come away feeling better. I wish it worked so well today.
