The game's name is literally MamaFan, the manga's MC is a MILF maniac and the first MILF's name is Mama Mania(na), so I'm not sure where the narrative of "the author is trying to use actual Spanish names but fails at it" comes from. Some commenters even say literally all of the names are just Spanish words. So are you also going to say the in-game MC's name is actually Rey (king) and not just the bog standard Japanese character name of Rei or even Ray? Or that Desupena aka Death Pena(lty) is somehow also corrupted Spanish?

At most, the author picked some Spanish-sounding names that sounded cool for some of the characters and that's it.
