These points in this chapter really makes me believe the theory that I had regarding "Mother" might be even more possible.

Aka., "Mother" is not actually a Woman, but rather a "Guy who dresses like a Woman and calls himself a Mother".

I mean, if those guys are really Mother lovers, they wouldn't call other older Mama's as Hags. Plus he was laughing about Tierra's "motherly love" for trying to sacrifice herself to protect her daughter. Would someone who cares for a mother say something like that to someone else's mother?

Well in order to keep the Mama's happy, he has to protect their daughters. Aka., MC has no other choice.

Most likely, as this guy who appeared and the other bulky guy are eating/siphoning the energy from the Tree which is causing the issue in the first place.
So sacrificing those two to the Tree would restore it to normal and probably even delay the next ritual time.

But a nice, clean removal of the head from the neck would have been both simple and just as flippin' cool, given there's more than one bad guy out there.

He can't find those cultists on his own and the elves can't guard their own forest, so maybe Demo Boy's plan is to allow this particular cultist to escape and return to his comrades, leading Demonio to them. However, in reality I wouldn't count on there being any particular reason for this. He just punched the dude for the dramatic effect, essentially granting the villain a chance to fight back, I bet.
