We didn't see the fight between her and iron mask but he somehow put a choker on her that was paired with an orb shaped cursed artifact and that sealed away her magic and body strengthening. Also it probably wasn't Iron Mask alone since Demonio just vaguely refers to the enemy factions top execs laying a trap which could be multiple members.

I know very hentai coded trope for mysterious masked guy to show up and seal away the strongest female fighters powers so she can be ravished by low ranked thugs with little explanation, but this is an eroge game world so that's to be expected
