Ok, this time the furigana got translate: Rule of Death Penalty
but I was wondering about the "selfish" part because the hiragana was very explicit, you see, there is "mama" (まま) written there.

So Selfish is 我儘 (wagamama) and what is written there is "Wa ga mama na shinigami" (我がままな死神), so I tried checking straight away if there could be a pun there
