Black Knight has unlimited regeneration but apparently can still die of old age (though his lifespan is many times more than a normal person). Rabbit also has really long lifespan.
With regards to food, there's a magic hole inside the castle that spawn Spam. Also they probably eat the Black Knight's flesh as well since he can respawn.
