This isn't out of the realm of possibility but both Marin and Gojou are devoted to each other so not likely unless the author sets it up in a believable manner.

It wasn't 3 issues ago that Gojou begged Marin to fulfill his selfish request.

And over and over Marin has relied on Gojou for her success and praised him for it.

If cosplay becomes a job for her and Gojou is not involved I think she'd be miserable.

Cosplay amazing, but man is the romance in the series dead. I'm expecting that before Marin confesses, that girl that gave Gojo trauma in childhood will come back, apologize to him and maybe fall in love and make a love triangle or something. Don't want to see that, but that's what I'm feeling reading the series for the last year or 2

100% agree. Considering the manga is meant to be a love letter to those exact people, who go to Comiket and love cosplay, it wouldn't make sense for Fukuda to frame them as psychotic stalkers.

My concern is that to reach for the "stalker arc" is just low hanging fruit to add drama to create some sort of contrived obstacle for them to overcome. I really hope the mangaka does NOT jump to that. I'd rather them just focus on the challenges of newer and more complicated costumes that hone our MCs abilities at doll making.

Gojo is fine as he is. Wakana Gojo 100% embodies female gaze. He is kind, passionate, respectful, cute. Marin thinks the same so idk what you’re on about lol. And they’re in freaking high school. Romance was clumsy that time.

Also they are both in love with each other but too shy to confess. Honestly Marin is going to have to make the first move.
