Mostly in the shoulders, really. And it makes archery far more suited for men than women, despite fantasy seeming to claim the opposite. Swordmanship (and polearms), on the other hand, is more equal, despite fantasy seeming to claim it's better for men. And even in that category, rapiers take more strength than most other swords, but fantasy seems to claim they're better for women. Long swords, being primarily two-handed, are more equal. This is with normal people, not unusually powered characters.
