I feel like he's gonna be related to Aruma instead.
Going off all the evidence this chapter (her proficiency with dual knives, non-aversion to the sewers, her amazement at being able to eat a whole breakfast + being surprised at everyone being nice), I think Aruma's gonna be the new tragic girl now that Fam's arc is done, she'll end up being some kind of assassin slave or something who's used to dirty work and that guy'll either be her master or a squadmate of hers.
It'll eventually be found out that Seira knows her as an enemy she took pity on or something, and the reason she's "can't say anything" right now is she wants a a chance to prove to everyone that Aruma's actually good before spilling the beans + making everyone immediately suspicious of her (especially if this guy from her group is currently fighting the knights).

Is the liberal use of "you guys" really necessary?
Page 6:
だったら働き口を紹介してくれないか?
流石にタダでというわけにはいかないからな.
"But could you recommend me a job? I can't let you guys pay for my medical bills."
Besides the fact there's no mention of medical bills here, why is "you guys" even being used? There's no あなた達 being used here, nor is she directing the intent at them.
"Could you help me land me a job somewhere? As expected, I can't live off of hand-me-outs."
Page 11:
いや、私にも武器をくれ。
お賃金分は働かねばな。
"No, I'll participate in this mission.
I want to work with you guys."
Straight up changing the dialogue here. Again, no usage of あなた達 or any derivatives of it.
"No, give me a weapon as well. I have to work for my upkeep."
Page 14:
この王都の平穏は私が守り抜いてみせる！
"I'll protect this place with you guys!"
Paraphrasing "王都の平穏 / Peace of the royal capital" as "this place." There's no も being used here either, so she's not saying she'll "protect it with you guys" or "with you too".
"I'll protect the royal capital!"
Page 19:
なのにお前たち然り私のような者に優しくしてくれる
"But you guys are really nice to me"
Finally, a case of お前たち, but it still reads horribly.
"And yet, you've all been so kind, even to someone like me."
and then in the next bubble
お前たちもそうなのか?
"Even you guys too?"
お前たち again, and another case of "you guys" fatigue.
Reading the same line over and over again (with many cases being on the same page) isn't conducive to good narration or exposition, and it changes the tone of a character drastically depending on the wording being used.
"You guys" is used so often because it's a heavily colloquial term that ESLs learn through studying colloquial dialogue, but that doesn't mean it's fun to read it 5-10 times per chapter.
Yeah, I'm the asshole for pointing out the changes in script and bad proofreading. Line up your clown emojis, I'm sticking to reading the raws for this.
