Definitely feels like more of a visual indication when she switches would be useful. Like even just a small symbol on the side. Maybe im just dumb but I've noticed myself having to double check "who" is talking at the moment, especially since both personalities talk in 3rd person alot.

I think that anything she does will be actually cheating if it's with any other partner, the only way to solve this would be both falling for the same guy and being ok with having the two dating him, there's no way out. As the body is only one, and can be switched at any point, so... Even holding hands would be extremely weird, imagine more intimates ones.
An easy actual way would be polygamous relationships, but I really don't fancy or like that concept, so... Yeah, I don't even like harem for that premise.
