my bet is Tamaki is gonna fall for him too, and its going to turn into a really bizarre love triangle where they both want to be the dominate one, hes gonna try and be rational with Tamaki and "date" them both. Dunno how closely her condition is modeled after Dissociative Identity Disorder, but they might pull the anime logic of like "if tamaki falls in love she vanishes" or some crap.. even though thats not how this condition works. Also, the fact we're not seeing a therapist or check-ins would just cause this disorder to get totally out of control.

It's been a while since I've read it but I remember taking to Aizawa-san Multiplies a bit more than this manga. It's similar in that the female romantic lead has a split personality but those splits have actual distinct bodies. Feel like it works better as a metaphor plus the comedy is a bit better paced and executed. May be worth a look at.

While it's really cute, the premise causes it to just be Touya and Tamaki talking about the split personality and Manaki without any real progress as of ch 17.

Not the best, not the worst rom com. But like people stated it's annoying. Japanese authors(manga authors) have this stupid, extremely stupid tendency to overuse troupes and jokes, do they lack understanding that joke that is being repeated easily turns to something very annoying?
In some mangas that have 50-100ch they repeat the same joke every 5 chapters for example, it's already considered too much by standards of normal people. These authors hope that you read a whole volume and after 6-12 months return to read the new one. So by that contrast you eventually forget those stupid comedic elements at it is more bearable but if you read FROM chapter 1 to 50, you grow annoyed very easily, because authors flaws are showing very brightly.
The problem in this manga? They repeat the damn "joke" every chapter. It's not new let's remember Ahh my goddess, or any other rom com the typical troupe was whenever something progresses some random bullshit comes and interrupts. That was more bearable because it wasn't every chapter and every time something different happened. (Still i hate this troupe, it's growing like a tumor for me, the more i read the stronger the hate).
As for the guys perspective about all this. I don't think any normal guy would deal with this. Few months have passed and they can't pass the hand holding stage. What about kissing or sex? This thing is far more intimate and stimulating.
Lastly to burst the bubble for all the fans: She changes places due to having influx of happinesses, even author decided to point it out as a PRO(Mc told her that this is basically affirmation that she is happy). Now think about a situation when she kisses him or has sex with him but she doesn't change places? I think you are smart enough to understand where I'm leading with this. In essence Tamaki is the cockblocker 2000 i.e. any progress will be either killed or bogged down (shit they can't get past handholding for a few months) and when cockblocker 2000 won't come out it basically means their relationships will end since their interactions do not bring her happiness and he will know that as soon as she stops being happy.
P.S. Basically author critically limited the options of guessing for us with those critical features, we might predict with ease where the story will go from here.
