Because to me it reads like one of those things where a character commentates from the future and pretty much means "but they weren't the same" (or at least, in the next arc we are gonna have drama about them maybe not being the same).

honestly it feels so rushed without any side character to help them make up. the conflict for few chapters keep getting back to back until this chapter which previously made me wonder when their problem will be end.
