Ah yes while it it is racist and evil that society sees them you have to understand people's reactions for all their lifetime they have only seen basically seen these monster's kill people and basically no PR for them at all so atleast the organization is making use of them no matter how
Twisted their intentions are. Also I really hope they aren't just secretly evil that would be boring
